actually i fixed this the mounting wasn't stable and was shorting the motherboard. Anyways i have one more question: i can run my computer with the integrated graphics on motherboard on monitor, but when i try to install my graphics card and run it that way, i get no signal on monitor.. do you think its my monitor or something else?

I'm no expert, but when I built mine the power cord to the GPU wasn't plugged in. Sorry if I'm incorrect or reading this wrong.

if you're using vga, make sure you plugged it in the right way round. it can sort of fit in upside down and you wouldn't believe how many people i saw who did this

Alright ignore what I said entirely.
Where exactly did you plug your VGA-out into? The graphics card? Or the integrated card on the motherboard?
