Post your dsl average download speed ... or if u know how fast it should be.

Im finally gettin dsl on friday. On the net it always said it wasnt avaible until we changed our number.. i was stuck with dialup for a long time....

im at 13.5mbps

but my dsl box SAYS that im supposed to be running at an average of
56mbps
but i have so much crapon my computer that i am down some

only comcast is avab. its 52$ monthly

No you weren't. You were dead accurate, the people who posted have no idea what they are talking about, unless of course they live in HongKong... which i doubt.

The average speed of cable is 3Mb/s (Megabits not Bytes per second) and the average speed of DSL is either 256 or 512Kb/s

the fastest public internet available is only 10Mb/s the fastest private available is 100Mb/s (T3 status) and the fastest period is in HongKong ONLY and its 1000Mb/s (1Gb/s) costs about $200 USD a month.

Mine is claimed at 6Mb/s I almost never get it... I get around 4.
which for download speed is around 600KB/s (KiloBytes, not bits, different measurement)
