Do you agree with what they are doing?
I agree there should be freedom of speech on the internet but only until a certain point. Personally I think what they are doing is wrong.

Why?
You have to decide to believe or not, just as in politics.

I know it's all true (Well the majority at least) but there is a reason why the information isn't public. A lot of it is put very bluntly because it was supposed to be private. I suppose things like what Obama thinks of the British coalition government doesn't matter but there has to be some ramifications to the Saudi king urging the US to bomb Isreal to stop its nuclear programme.

Not saying things is just an other way to lie.
"I'm gonna kill you when you hurt my women."
"He said he's gonna kill you!"

It's the government's fault for letting them get to that information.

"Oh it's the bank's fault for letting the robbers get away."

It is.
They didn't take the precautions to prevent it or stop if from happening.

They didn't take the precautions to prevent it or stop if from happening. | So you're telling me that every bank that ever was stolen from had absolutely nothing in place to prevent people from stealing from it?

If they did, it obviously wasn't enough. Otherwise they wouldn't have gotten robbed.

Tommy, it's your fault I shot you, if you had taken the proper precautions, then I wouldn't have been able to. Thus, when I get to court, its not murder, its suicide (In which case I wouldn't even really need to go to court).

Publishing confidential information about the US army is very risky. I am sure that many people are interested in it.
The real question is, do You want to know the truth? Do You want to know how ugly is the war and how long will it last? Of course You want to know at first, but when You know it all, You will just try to forget it and live Your tiny life.
The truth is almost unbearable for the average people. The path to knowledge is the path to unhappiness too.
I have no idea which is better, being happy and stupid or being clever and know all the crap that is on the world.

It's also flawed.
It's not your fault that I killed you, it's your fault that you couldn't protect yourself.
It's not the army's fault that their info got leaked, but it's their fault that it was possible.
