| Every day I turn my computer on, I open Speedfan and set my CPU fan speed to 35%, it doesn't make it any hotter and it makes it less noisy.

find a program that lets me adjust fan speed for my laptop then
cause fans are more or less, off

Configure Speedfan and it should work.

ive tried everything i cud find online
nothing
bios
cant do shit there
fan turns on at 100C
obvious issue for laptops
