My bank put down a $40 withdraw down as a $300 withdraw, but I have no evidence proving them wrong. Yay.

No previous bank statements to prove that you had that money before they removed it? Then you could show how much money was used and that there is in fact no way that you should be out that 260$

I just got two months bank statements in a row for some reason, and it was supposedly from the start of September, which I didn't have any statements from withdraws left.

Wow, that really is one fucked up situation. If you really care about this, though, you can convince them they made a mistake. Also, why don't you just deposit the $260,00 dollar back on your bank account, or am I missing something here?

I never got the money, I took out $40, and they said it was a $300 withdraw.
