I have read so much about it, but 50% says that it is awesome and not dangerous, and the other 50% says that it's bad and danger.
I have tried it once, I became about 40% stronger and my mind worked better. So, do some of you guys know anything about it?
So? Is it bad or is it safe? |

Seems if you keep the doses under 20g a day, you're safe. |

Creatine in itself is perfectly safe as long as you drink a lot of water and take it in reasonable amounts. Cheap creatine supplements can have a lot of other bad shit in them though, so definitely go for a quality supplement and you'll be fine. |

Check brand. The most expensive doesn't need to give the best result. I've been drinking Protein since 17 and I'm now 19. Although, you do need to exercise and use those extra protein or else you'll just shit more. |

Thanks a lot guys, I use 2 grams a day because thats what the safe-shit in Denmark tells me too, and 2 grams is enough. It's a good brand, I feel better overall when I use it. I drink about 2 l, water a day when I am using it. |

Don't take any protein-powder with vitamin C supplements. Avoid drinking any colas if you are taking supplements. _________________

Heres the thing. I used to take creatine about a month ago. It did help, (i took it 5g a day, which is suggested) and I drank tons of water. For some reason I turned into a lazy bitch and stopped drinking my protein/creatine and I stopped drinking alot of water. The amount of weight I could lift went down by alot and it is harder to progress. I am going to start it again. Creatine is fine if you know how much you are taking and how much water you should take. |

Creatine definitely helps w/ endurance & helps you be able to work out harder so you get more benefit from your workout. I see a difference when I've been using it regularly & then stop using it. I've used creatine & Optimum Nutrition protein shakes for a few yrs now & have had no problems that I can see. Oh, yes, what the others said, you have to drink a lot of water---but you should already be doing that anyway. |
