Hey guys I have this problem with my computer, every time I start it up and after I login, my computer blinks three times, why is this, i cant get a picture or a video of this cause I don't have a camera or video camera.

Is there a possible reason for this and is there a solution too, please help and thank you.

Be more specific with what is blinking. Is it the monitor, the power led, or the hdd led.

It's normal, just loading your personal settings. Not a big problem. I belive it is just your OS, but to make sure, test it on a different monitor.

As the screen turns black, immediately do a print screen.
Copy that to MS paint.

If the screen shot you pasted is blacked out, it could be your graphics.

If the screen shot you pasted during the time you perform a Print screen when the screen is black, but image it has captured actually shows your desktop, it could be your monitor.

Your screen flickers 3 times might be due to some applications you've installed recently or changed setting. Also try adjusting your display setting and refresh rate. If problem persist, use system restore.

I'd check for recent Microsoft patches that occurred right around the time this started happening.

Hmm well after some of these comments I think I found the best explanation, it may be from some programs I installed and when I start up my computer it loads and it probably causes that blinking.

I had this thing before on my old computer (One of the earliest) modded, but only blinks once.
