So, I let my friend borrow my PC for a while (bad idea).
They were playing with it, and returned it to me.
I turned it back on without checking it out.
The graphics card cable that said GND was plugged into the motherboards power button + and power LED -.
It is now pretty fucked. What do I need to replace? Can I fix it myself?

It's a desktop.
My Card is a GTS 250, it has 3 plug in ports (one which is just a small white connector that has a red & black wire, both labeled GND), and the other two are 6-pin power connectors.
On the motherboard there are a multitude of pins protruding. None are labeled singularly, there are 8 pin groups with labels like JPF1.
I don't remember where the GND pin was originally, but it shouldn't be in the spots it was.

| You probably just plugged the fan cable to the mobo, not exactly a big deal. Just plug it back into the slot on the video card, it might still work if yu're lucky. Otherwise use your warranty.

Doesn't still work.
Can't use warranty because I live in PNG, and it is with an Australian company. Can't bring the PC back.
When I turn it on, plugged in fans work, lights go on, but after about 3 seconds it just reboots, and continues the cycle.

| Clear the CMOS (remove the battery/use a jumper) and boot again. If it still doesn't work see if it posts without the video card. At least that would narrow down the problem. Seeing how the computer was on for 3 seconds it shouldn't be power-related, more likely a bad overclock or so.
