I'm sorry, cardboard case? No, I like my heavy duty aluminum case. Aluminum can be recycled indeed.

While the idea is neat, and they'll make some good money off selling over-priced cardboard boxes, I'd never buy one. If anything, I'd want to build a case out of Legos, or K-NEX, or something similar. I personally hate the feeling of cardboard.

I agree, nice idea and all, but definitely flawed. The smallest amount of moisture can ruin the case which in turn can ruin your hardware. Accidental spills could be disasterous.

Looks really fragile. If there is something you want to protect a lot it's a computer.

Do they even make aluminum legos any more? I know mine are all plastic from whe I was little.

I really like the design, but it's still a very bad idea IMO. Most people have their computers in their cold basements, but having the slightest flood down there means you've lost everything. The design reminds me of something from the early ages of computers, but I'm sure there's much better materials to make something like that out of.
