hello guys i just wanted to know how do you change your global ip address?

There are a few methods of changing your IP.
All those methods didn't work for me.
You can turn off your modem/router for a day or something and next morning maybe you'll have a new IP.
If that don't work, call your ISP.

yeah, but some ISP's don't let you change your IP without a valid reason

You could always use a proxy. If you are playing a browser based game a proxy will cover you.

When I played SL, I used to use Tor network to get around IP bans from regions. It was great getting banned then going right back on a different network. This never worked for name based bans though. But hey that's what alts were for.

i see, well i wouldnt call my self a pro with comps but is it even possible to make a program that will change your global ip?

If you dont get a dynamic ip from your isp you pretty much have to find other ways of getting a new ip such as using a proxy or vpn.

Was a time you could easily spoof your IP.

Try resetting your cable modem, this should revolve the IP. Most ISP's even ones with static IP's assigned rotate them on occasion. I'll have the same IP until my modem power cycles, then I'm assigned a new one.

err i dont like turning off my modem. I want a program that will like change my ip or something like that.

An IP ban yes as long as it's not by MAC ID.
