I would recommend Last Whisper/Black Cleaver for your fifth item, as a rule of thumb, if the majority of the enemy team has armor that's above 70, go for Last Whisper.

Yeah, that 75 damage doesn't help unless you hit them 3+ times.
Especially since with IE and Deceive it gives you an additional 180+ damage.
