What is the difference between a living body and a dead body at the moment of death?
Every organ in both cases is exactly the same.
Even every atom is the same.
So what is the difference?

You stop breathing, thinking and your blood stops flowing at the most basic level.

That's a dead body you fucking downer.
You're essentially comparing one thing to itself.

Hah, I was thinking about this a while back.
Its the brain, there are no signals going to it, no electricity, no oxygen.

One has Intense Trauma and Collateral Damage/A Dying Thing.
And "You stop breathing, thinking and your blood stops flowing at the most basic level. "

What are the basics of living? Your heart must be beating, meaning your blood must flow. Your lungs must be breathing, meaning your blood is enriched with oxygen flowing to your brain and organs. Your brain must be supplied with oxygen from your blood and it must have small currents of electricity flowing through it to work.
1. Blood(heart)
2. Oxygen(lungs)
3. Electricity(brain)
Oh and if you want to survive for a longer time you need carbonhydrates(sugar starch etc.) and water as well, and a number of minerals.

It depends how you die, mostly. If you suffocate, then you're missing oxygen, and your lungs fail. If you lose too much blood, your heart fails. If you head is cut off, your brain isn't attached to your body, and therefore it doesn't receive any signals to do anything. I don't know where you got the idea that all the organs and molecules are the same, because if that were true you wouldn't be dead.
Plus, molecules in your body are never the same any random instance from the next. Atoms and molecules are constantly moving, constantly changing. They change as you move, as you breath, etc. They're changing even when your sitting on a couch doing nothing. So how can you say they'll be the same when you're alive and when you're dead?
