How do I cheat?

Well when I installed CE it gave me one error but I ignored it and forgot about it. But when i change things in the Extra tab (which i need to do) i get an error. So I notice that i dont have a dbk32.sys file. My friend sends me the file (in a .zip) and i extract it, but it says "windows blocks these types of files to keep you safe" or some BS like that. So i was just wondering if there is a way to stop windows from blocking the file.

btw, i cant d/l that dbk32fix file either...

and some antivirus tools like norton and mcafee detect dbk32 as a rootkit.
I recommend using avg ( free.grisoft.com )
