I know the obvious things like the camera jittering when changing positions, and you can see part of a text around the beginning of the video that your not suppose to see till the end.

Hint: The video plays slow at first since it's downloading the video, the second run should be much smoother and faster

if you made this is after effects, why did you save it as a .swf?

yeah
next time use DivX to encode your video and upload to youtube like I do.

also go to www.videocopilot.net

and go trhough the escentials tutorials :3
