I wouldn't gain 5 pounds in ONE day of not exercising. Besides, I'm soar as shit, I'm allowed to relax. Tomorrows a fun day ahead of me. ;D

Even still if you do a minimum of P90x for the full 90 days the change will be remarkable! And yeah L-Carnitine would be better for you.
I'm taking a monohydrate creatine which is gonna leave me bloated. :/ |
