Anyway, apart from the pic(I hope those earings and high cheek bones aren't just on a feminine male, for peace of mind's sake), naruto reminded me of another:

So far I'm concluding that they are trying to capture the following two brands of viewers:

1) Stupid and horny
2) Insecure and horny

All categories get 'horny' because people seem to get just aroused by the thought of a girl liking them and them not caring(insecure fantasy of not being insecure) as they're aroused by the idea of going all-out for a *really hot* girl(because if they're insecure or stupid, then just because the anime said the girl is *really hot*, they'll think so too)

The only ones I can think of are Death Note and Code Geass

ohhh wait both of them are Male and have girls going after them that they don't seem to care for. and Code Geass is doing everything for other peopls' sakes.
