That's how I've been doing it since 7th grade. FFF-

lol at 7th-9th grade or so I did it as well until they taught me how to do it properly. Then I realized why I was able to do 100-200 sit ups without breaking a sweat

In about 10 minutes I'm going to feel ridiculous.

try doing it daily even if you can't finish it until you get the hang of it.

There's no such thing as being naturally fit.
That is, unless you were born with fit muscles and all the things you need to be considered "fit".

EDIT: but i do believe in the martial art part. Tang soo do kept me in shape until i quit :/

Is not useless, find a decent workout technique online to workout all of your arm muscles and you'll see that even if it doesn't weight much it will still help for now

My mate is fit as hell and he does no sports or anything, he just randomly entered a racing event a few days ago (at our school, pretty competitive) and destroyed. (1500)

When I still went to the gym I consulted most of the real bodybuilders there about push-ups, they explained to me how push-ups are the best thing there is, they train your entire upper section. Even though they could bench 9001 pounds they would still do push-ups at home.

Yea, main problem is that majority of people do it incorrectly. Is best to consult someone to see if you're doing it right. Also thats for chest/upper body. Tyler should to that + abdominal exercises
