Do you want crossfire? How much ram do you want? Can the bios OC? Then the only other hard part is picking out a decent PSU. |
Most of this was really confusing. Probably intel, it's just got to be better than this one. I can post stuff that might be reusable to cut costs, but I'll have to do it later because I have school soon. |

Sort of funny. For some reason, (according to tom's hardware, I think it was) a 1090t @ 4 ghz is actually worse in games than a 955 @ 4ghz, even though they have the same clock. For some reason, the two extra cores which are fiddling around in the background with your low priority processes actually decrease the performance. It's beyond me why that is. |

I built my first computer with an AMD dual core and found this pentium 4 to be better. |

But no one here is willing to pay 1,000USD for one so, no one to compete with. Now, can we get a budget so this thread can go somewhere? |

Budget: Absolute max 1000$, can upgrade later, amirite?
The main reason I just don't go out and buy one is because I also want the experience of building it myself, I've heard it's orgasmic when nothing goes wrong.
Anyway, I don't really know what other pieces of hardware CAN be reused, so I'll try:
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor
Can you give me a list of shit that's reusable in a PC? 1GB of RAM I guess, the graphics card if need be. |
