It depends what map and mode.

This was the first time I have played in about 6 months. I killed plenty though. I just hate how you cannot get a headshot unless you are a sniper.

This is the main line up (back when I used to do 6v6 the Europeans commonly had a Heavy as well) but one of the scouts can be switched in and out with Sniper/Pyro/Spy/Engineer when appropriate. Like Pyro for the closet at the beginning of badlands.

Also, the reason you have one Demoman is because you are only allowed one Demoman. It is such a powerful class to the point that for the most part it is the scouts' job just to protect his flanks.

Also I am fucking awful at scout. I always aim just next to the person but not quite on him, but correct myself after a few seconds. Versus a good scout that's impossible.
