My sister has this drug awareness class, basically they rant about how smoking and drinking are evil (BY THE WAY, I hate how they do this alcohol bullshit. they make kids think everyone who drinks alcohol binges every night). And they do it in 5th grade. What fucking 5th graders take drugs? I looked in her notebook because I was curious to see if the program had changed since I took it, and I saw her estimate for how many 8th graders she thought smoked in the last 30 days. 50/100. What the fuck. On the flip side, the real answer. 7/100. That estimate is a little better than 1/2, but it's not even true here, NOT IN RICH ASS WESTPORT, IDIOTS. Why don't they have the program in fucking Bridgeport? Nobody smokes cigarettes in westport, the dumb bigots just do crack behind the town library once they hit sophomore year PURELY because they want to convince themselves that they're rebellious and gangly, not just snotty rish asses. And by the way, DARE's all "Smoking cigarettes is bad for your health". I'm against smoking, but you know why? Because it's FUCKING DISGUSTING. Not because it's "really really bad for you", because IT'S PUTRID.

NOW, NEARLY 5 FUCKING YEARS LATER, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER I GET OFFERED CRACK. 9/10 FRESHMAN WOULD TAKE IT. I PUNCHED THE GUYS LIGHTS OUT JUST FOR FUN SINCE I'VE GOT NO INTEREST IN CRACK AND, BECAUSE I'D MISSED BOXING THE SATURDAY BEFORE. Why on earth do they have the program in fifth grade, not 8th or 9th grade? And why don't they focus on illegal drugs like crack? The whole program is mostly smoking and alcohol. Why the fuck do they have it at all? It's not going to affect the choices of the rich, snot-asses who live in my town! MAYBE WESTPORT SHOULD GIVE SOME MONEY TO BRIDGEPORT.
