So, I ordered a helmet off of an e-store and they hadn't updated their store to show that they had discontinued the helmet. Now all they have is the carbon fiber version which is $100 more and I want to get it at the same price as the composite version. What should I say to convince them that I should get it for the same price? +rep for best answer. _________________
Just say you were disappointed that they no longer sell the helmet you want and that you found it confusing that they did not mention that it was discontinued. Question why it is still on the site and ask, as compensation, if they could sell you the new helm for that price. Also mention that you have been a customer there for a while (Even if you haven't)
