Site and description is German, game is English. The game is a remake of the old OOT and the key items/etc are in new locations and the general difficulty level has been raised.
Some of the changes are but not limited to are :
* You'll feat harder monsters here and there
* Puzzles/Riddles Have been made harder and more challenging
* Other roads lead to the target
* New traps and hurdles on roads you were used to
* Different locations of dungeon items
* Triggers etc. were relocated and hidden
* Gold Skulltulas have other locations
