You're forgetting the following:
-Impaired memory(short term)
-Impaired cognitive thinking/learning(short term + long term if excessive use). (This is where the typical idiotic pothead stands)
-Smoking in general reduces oxygen flow in body. Look up the effects of lack of oxygen on the brain.
-CB1 receptor issues which i'm unsure of how to word.

Not chemically addictive. People get addicted to weed because they like it, same as with food addiction.
Weed lowers stress levels and if used in moderation can have large health benefits, same with red wine.
