Is there any place i can get source files for pcaps (.h + .c or .cpp) for win32?!
i looked through google but without any success

download the source code and the header file is in :
winpcap > wpcap > libpcap

actually, go to the same page and download WinPcap 4.1.1 Developer's Pack. it has everything you need in there, as well as documentation on how to get things up and running
