I'm one of the lucky few who's had no problems with ATI drivers, but I suppose you could look through AMD Support. If you can'tfind a solution there, you can always email them. | I have no issues with ati drivers. I did have an issue dealing with VPU recover. on xp you turn it off, but on w7 its handled by TDR ._.
Anyway, it may be a faulty card. RMA? You could run a stability test with FUR MARK. | with wat | Run a stability test or RMA your card.
If all else, run tf2 wtih -autoconfig to reset everything. | with wat | READ DAMMIT. | \

try setting mat_queue_mode 0 before joining a server.

| Yeah turns out it does it with anything 3D. Even the test thing where you set your antialiasing shit in CCC.

I once had a heat problem with TF2. Everytime I was in a game, it suddenly rebooted (safety reasons I assume).
A new fan & case helped.
But this isn't the same problem as yours I believe.

well, the tf2 menu is still technically 3d all the same.
i'd blame the card if a driver rollback / update doesn't help.

| I've uninstalled the graphics drivers I had, reinstalled new ones, uninstalled those, reinsallted some old ones and now it works okay.
