Try taking out your video card and seeing if you get the same problem with your integrated. Then at least you'll know if it's a problem with your video card or something else.
It's my video card. I keep getting random driver crashes too. Like just now looking at a thread, the screen went black, then it came back and said some shit about the ATI driver crashing etc/.

I'm one of the lucky few who's had no problems with ATI drivers, but I suppose you could look through AMD Support. If you can'tfind a solution there, you can always email them.
I have no issues with ati drivers. I did have an issue dealing with VPU recover. on xp you turn it off, but on w7 its handled by TDR ._.

Anyway, it may be a faulty card. RMA? You could run a stability test with FUR MARK.

Run a stability test or RMA your card.

If all else, run tf2 wtih -autoconfig to reset everything.

Yeah turns out it does it with anything 3D. Even the test thing where you set your antialiasing shit in CCC.

I once had a heat problem with TF2. Everytime I was in a game, it suddenly rebooted (safety reasons I assume).
A new fan & case helped.
But this isn't the same problem as yours I believe.

well, the tf2 menu is still technically 3d all the same.

i'd blame the card if a driver rollback / update doesn't help.

what version are you using? I like to take note of the stable driver versions. 9.12 works good. I'm on 10.3 and couldn't be more stable.
