MAG wasn't meant to go for GotY or anything like that, it was simply to show that we can make a game with 256 players in one game that runs smoothly and well.
Prototype is also shit, so I don't care.
Heavy Rain is still fun.
Natal is a loluselessgimmick.

PS3 Motion controller, is the same fucking thing.
MAG's fucking character models are plain as hell
Regardless Resistance is still a fucking rip off of Halo
Heavy Rain is still an interactive movie.
I didn't list any xbox 360 exclusives from last year, there's still more Xbox 360 exclusives I could list

and PS3 fanboys are still mentally retarded if they think the PS3 has better exclusives than the Xbox 360.

PS3 motion controller is the equivalent of a WiiMote, it's different than Natal (for one it will work). Not saying it's not going to be useless, though.
Again, you're judging MAG in areas it wasn't even aiming to be good at. Obviously I couldn't expect you to do this, but if you had watched the development logs before they were even done with the game (or had even established a release date, for that matter), you would know that they downgraded the graphics to make room for the hueg maps and such. Again, it wasn't meant to be an all-around good game. Regardless it's still kinda fun IMO.
Resistance is nothing like Halo, you're wrong. I don't know why people always compare them. They're both FPS with aliens in them. Aside from that, they have no similarities.
So if you don't like interactive movies, you must hate non-interactive movies, right? Heavy Rain is still fun, regardless of being an interactive movie. It shouldn't matter what genre of a game it is, if it's fun it's fun.

Oh and let's look at your exclusives.
Mass Effect 2 - PC game
Alan Wake - Hasn't come out yet
Halo Reach - Hasn't come out yet
Crackdown 2 - Hasn't come out yet
Gears of War 3 - Hasn't come out yet
Metro 2033 - This made me laugh, you do realize that they only made a 360 port of this to make extra money, right? It's a PC game, and IMO the worst game using the stalker engine.
Portal 2 - PC game
Fable 3 - It's gonna be worse than Fable 2.
Splinter Cell Conviction - I dislike all Tom Clancy games, but that's just my opinion.
The Secret World - Haven't even heard of.

Even though I have a 360, GoW is the only exclusive that is good for it.

It's graphics are far superior, and it's not like gaylo or any 360 or ps3 (if they're ever going to be made) game will progress beyond this.

SURE IS HELLA BETTER THAN THAT "GODLIKE MASTERPIECE" BEING HALO.
