Old CS4 tools weren't removed, content aware fill is helpful a lot of times, and sometimes is a good start to finish it off with the tools you used at the bottom.
If you don't like it keep CS4, no one cares.

I care as much as you did with OP's opinion. I'm not going to go back to CS4 because you showed me a shitty example of it being used and by the looks of it you're not going to use the tool because OP said it was good
