I will +rep the person who can identify the man in the portrait attached. Ignore the bad color job. I just quickly recolored it the way they said it was supposed to be. And I don't know if that's supposed to be a horn on his head or what.

Clues: light brown skin, blue hair, green suit. Most likely a character in Marvel comics and came into contact with Deadpool at some point.

Looks kind of like Black Tom Cassidy.

The facial face seems to matches but the blue hair throws it off. Though in the comics, when you shine light on black hair it usually is blue.

The only other person I could think of was Mister Sinister who did encounter Deadpool once. The diamond on his forehead matches, but the style of hair and facial hair don't fully match.

Mr Rogers usually wore sweater vests :P.

Anyway, I'm gonna go with Black Tom. Everything pretty much matches except for skin tone and that dumb diamond thing on his forehead.
