If you're trying to say that the game is overrun with snipers, I'm going to have to go against the statement.
My Sniper class was my first class to complete, after completing the class there's really know point to continue using it, so I've been using other classes.
I think you'll find that, like most FPS games, there's an abundance of Assault runners, not just snipers.
Though it all depends on the map and how the game is going.

Recon Class starts with an M24 Sniper whatever default hand gun you have and C4 after you level up once you get to throw your magical balls.
