The names of the wires you circled?
That's just speaker wire, black is (usually) negative but it's not a standard or anything. Two (+&-) to each speaker.

anyway to use them without the use of an AMP?
like converting it 3.5MM jack?
Actually, i would be delight to use the AMP together for my $500 PC that do nothing but watch anime
