Very often for me. Mostly in random spam, but I'm trying to change that. My post counts have suffered enough in random spam

It's my first bookmark, I've got the Google Toolbar :3

Also, I've visited CEF THIS MANY times since the 4 months I installed Windows 7 and it erased the previous count. When I had Windows XP I had at least 5x the number in the picture above.
