Because its cheapo. Chances are alot higher it will blow out.

Seasonic, Corsair, Antec ( newer model,earthwatt, etc), OCZ, PC&C, COMPUSA, a 350-400W would do fine.

Those seem to be more expensive, I think something simple like the sunbeam could do fine

Very true that you get what you pay for, and I'd rather pay more for a power supply for all the other parts of your build. But it's your money, and it's true they're not all going to blow up within a year.
