Give him a warning and if he continues, delete his hal.dll so he can't even play his fucking games.

I'm sure the size of a game's client is well within restraints of any bandwidth cap from an ISP.


When remotely shutting down a computer you have the option to place a comment on why the computer is shutting down. His brother may or may not be smart enough to realize that his game couldn't possibly cause his ISP to take notice.
You have to add -c "comment" to do that.


Yeah, guess I forgot about that. I made a program to do it for me for fun a few years back, so i never really use the gui or the built in parameters much anymore.
