>Go to port settings
>Type in port to open (48289, for example)
>Go back to uTorrent
>Tell uTorrent what port you opened
Done.
Edit: This is assuming you've already set up a static IP. If not, portforward.com

| Actually, its all depended on your seeders. utorrent/bittorrent basicly port them selves.

uTorrent/Bittorrent don't automatically port forward.
They have a port check, and they can recommend ports, but they don't open them for you.
