i searched it and found krue's method but i cant find the file

You can "search" for it using the PCs search function. If you told me which OS you had i could help further.

Find it in system32, delete. If you cannot do it in regular windows, do it in safe moad.

You have to be sure you empied it out of your bin, and then reboot.
