 Eh, I guess the legs are  weird. not sure what you mean about the hips being backwards.

				| the female skeleton isn't as straight as the male in regards to the thigh / hip area. they both point inward torwards the knee to some extent when standing legs together, but it's more pronounced. 
 
   
 shoulder to shoulder is typically around 3 skull sizes in width
 torso a couple.
 
 
 it's easy to see flaws if you flip the image.
 lining stuff up obsessively helps keep proportions sane as well.
 
 
 
 also her left arm is longer

 If you really want to improve I suggest you drop manga/anime or whatever styles you're working in and start drawing realistic body figures.

 They're both similar, but anime/manga just have a more freely-flow since you an just measure it with your eye.
