Well, I think there's enough evidence to suggest so.

- His address is around the same area as his IP.
- His address is in the same area as his myspace.
- The address is the only address in his area that has an 'Aaron Manning'.

Aside from the fact that there's probably no house/district in Vista, California that doesn't have "an exact address", there's no way to have known that we had tried the phone number.

- Two people rang asking for Aaron before he disappeared and the phone went dead. When he came back it was a different person saying we had the wrong number. Two people isn't enough to warrant that.

- After coming back he posted in most topics saying it wasn't his address, he also started spamming new topics. Had it not been his real address, he would have been more likely to just shut up (he would prefer we continued to think it was him), instead he got really defensive and tried to bullshit his way out.

Also, yes, I am bored at the moment and I like writing. I have no shame (:

There's no fool-proof steps to take. It's just accumulation of knowledge and trial and error.

Oh, so even if I have IP address of someone, I can't find their address instantly? I will only get an area of where they might be..?

You'll get the rough area most of the time, except for the UK (with the UK, you'll more likely end up with something half the country away), but with USA and Canada it usually gives you the right city.

Don't run solely on that though, it should only be for confirming what you already know.
