If you want to go back to basics Slugsnack I would be glad to.
Let's not forget this all started over you baww'ing so hard over a picture of a facepalm.
You described me as a failure than, saying I went to a poor University when at the time you had no idea what University I went to. That means you were full of shit when making the point, as you had nothing to base it on.
Since then you have been trying to put the onus on me when it comes to posting information. Why should I have to? To inflate your ego further? Is this what this is all about Slugsnack, because it sure seems like it. You do fit the IC profile quite well.
Well, so far all you have in the way of an argument is that you study Computer Science at Imperial and I don't. I didn't want to go to a University in London due to cost issues and was happy with continuing at my current university considering their highly reputable alumni and connections to the industry. I looked at several other universities but found that few had the support from university to industry as my current one did, especially for my course.
I'm not sure why you're bothering to compare Computer Science with my degree, it's like trying to argue why chicken tastes better than lamb. It's all down to personal preference, what you're good at, what you enjoy and what you wish to spend your life doing.
Going back to you though, you're taking a rather relaxed approach to "the top" aren't you? So, you admit that you're not actually at the top, merely at the same University and on the same course with other people there, who are? Top marks don't include B's. You seem to be using the reputation of the university as a scapegoat for your own.
This is all one massive ego-trip for you, so when you tell me that I'm too involved with the internet it's not without a pinch of hypocrisy.
