Nah, in the summer you have ac in the house, jump in the pool, put the top down on the car, and so on.
Winter, you have to pay outrageous heating bills, clear off the car any time you wanna go anywhere and wait for it to warm up, and just generally freeze your dick off. Wisconsin winters are brutal.

Lucky, it's not uncommon for it to get down to like -30c here. Summer is usually just right at least.
