and then i ran borderlands on like 2000x1000 res with no lagg

your a dumbfuck if you think this doesn't work
hal.dll is a lag virus that comes with all games once you delete it your all good

Microsoft and all other OS companies put it on your computer so you have to buy more RAM and a better processor ...
