You would have to take an absurd amount of DXM to OD, i only take doeses up to 700mgs

DXM ruined my life
I only took it about 3-4 times and my brain is permanently damaged
The worst part is, NONE of my psychiatrists believe me when I tell them I got permanent brain damage. They say it's a common "somatic delusion" from people that take DXM, they think they got permanent brain damage but it really is post-traumatic dissociative symptoms.
Dangerous drug. Not even psychiatrists know anything about it. It causes brain holes.

Good news is that your brain probably isn't damaged and the dissociation actually does go away.

If you only took it 3-4 times you'll be fine especially if there was good time between each trip. To me it sounds like a paranoid delusion that could be related to your current drug use. What were your doses like? Do you still do any drugs?
