and get 4 gigs of ram. triple channel is for i7.
Wat i don't even...

First of all, a 5750 will bottleneck at like half of its potential on that build. Plus, a 5750 wouldn't run on a 400w PSU.

The 9500GT is a perfect match for the build he has.
how would it bottleneck?
a dualcore would run it fine. and they are very power efficient. his build with a 4670 uses about 200 watts anyway...
I guarantee that that build would not even get the fans spinning on a 200W PSU.

I have a 4870, I tried starting it up with the Corsair 400W PSU, it wouldn't. A 5750 definitely will not.
a 5870 uses the same or lower power than a 4870, the 5750 is like 2/3 of the 5870s tdp.
Yeah, and the 4870 didn't work, so neither would a 5750.
te 5750 uses less power than the 4870...
Not 200W.
but under 400w...

ok so the only thing wrong in this build is the RAM since the CPU can't handle triple channel?

Yes, just get 2x2GB from G.Skill. Don't pay too much.

I don't think so. The 4870 says you need a minimum of a 500W PSU. The 5750 might use less power, but not 100W less. And if he goes with the 400W, he'll never be able to upgrade his build.

Oh of course. In reality, the GPUs of today are prepared to play games made years from now. For the most part, any GPU that has come out in the last year or two will be able to play modern games.

You did a good job of making yourself look like an idiot.

I already admitted that the 5000 series has a lower power consumption. But if you actually read any of my posts except for the first one, you would have noticed that you pointed out exactly what I said.

In other matters, maybe that build would start up on 400W, but sometime as it starts to go under load, black screen, computer off.

You do realize that's for the whole system, right? Even with the two 5770s it doesn't come near 400w. The 5750 consumes 16W at idle and a max of 86W at load. You could probably run it along with an i7 920 on a fucking 300W PSU.

So if I change the power suuply to 400w I can still run the whole computer with 3 extra fans and a 9500GT?

Not sure about the fans, but the 9500GT will run nicely.

I have the 9400GT and runs those listed games very well. Rather on very low to medium settings, I still get a decent amount of FPS ( 30 ~ 50).

No I'm...I'm pretty sure you're wrong there. Because...I shouldn't really have to explain this to you, and I really don't know how to start. That can't possibly be the entire build, because you don't know how much power any of the other parts use, and you don't even know what any of the other parts are. And an i7 920 uses 130W...so...I don't know what you're talking about.

No, really.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/overclock-core-i7,2268-10.html

The test system has, according to the article, an i7 920, Asus P6T, GTX260, 3x2GB Corsair Dominator DDR3, 300GB WD Velociraptor and an LG GGW-H20L Blu-Ray drive. Peak power, unoverclocked, is 213W. Subtract the GTX260's 25W (at idle, since I'm unwilling to believe the power sucking GTX260 could use that little + an i7 at load) and add 83W for an HD5750 under load and you're still at a mere 271W of power consumption.

This is assuming, of course, that the 300W PSU would be any good, would actually have sufficient power connectors and a single, decent +12v rail. If you could actually find one, which is highly unlikely, it would run it. Since the closest anyone could come, most likely, would be Corsair's 400W PSU, it would have no trouble running it at all.

EDIT: Also, the chart comes from
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-5770,2446-15.html
, the test system specs listed at
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-5770,2446-4.html

????
during the 5750,5770 test, they only used the I5 then compare the bottleneck with I7 i don't fricking know what are you talking about.
And not everything goes to 100% load sometimes.
