I know you trying to get some idiot poeple like shit i delete my window file!!grr he said it will double my computer speed!

Deleting hal.dll is a good thing,
i researched it, and microsoft has a deal with company's that sell ram so it only use 1/4th of the ram and so you try to buy more
but if you delete hal.dll which is what holds it back, you can use all the ram.
You just gotta restart and it will start really slow, and just BURST in speed.
P.S. if you have vista 64 bit, its god.

Delete hal.dll in system32 is very dangerous.
Read what i wrote about it.Lets remind to you.If you delete it window cannot start up.Because when window start up he check all .dll to see if your system is ok.But if you delete hal.dll window cannot find all his .dll so cannot start.
