I know what everyone is going to say LOL YOU'RE A FAGGOT, LOL!
but I'm serious. I need ideas and help on making scripts/tilesets for most of the games i decide to make, and then end up dropping most because of too much work. Sadly, I've recently decided to pick up RMXP and found scripting with it much easier than the other platforms I've used. I'm also a pixel artist, and need help with making a modern tileset. Even if you have no skill or experience in developing games, you can join and give ideas just to boast that you're part of a Dev team.
So if you're interested, post below or send me a PM. Of course, if you seem to be better than me at leading these things, than you can go ahead and I'll just work for you with the rest of the team.
I even have a horribly-made Logo!
