In Comp Sci
were learning basic things like how to make a game that asks you to guess a number from 1 to 10
and adding stuff like high score, replay as many times as you want etc
so all the coding like loops, do, while, if, etc

So im wondering what a good website or guide would be for aspects like i stated above

If you are doing computer science course then you should have been provided with all needed material to improve you knowledge...Just go to a library, pick a book or two and learn. Most universities have their own material which is usually on their network so you can actually find what you need in there. Why didn't you ask your tutors about something like this? they are paid to help you, I don't know your question seems like a troll really, since you are not a 12 year old kid who has no idea about anything but a student. I wonder how are you going to do dissertation if you can't find information for something like this on your own.

I misunderstood your position then making assumption that you are an undergraduate student, sorry. Still using library applies. Best option for learning programming without any prior experience is using a book so do that, go to a library and get a good book or download e-book from the internet, when you have basic understanding of language you can learn specific things from tutorials or w/e. That site slovach posted is resourceful too. I would suggest Kernighan & Ritchie - The C Programming Language 2nd edition. In my opinion one of the best books on C, pm me your email and I will send you a link to download it since warez is prohibited here and I can't pm yet.

I know the basic commands, like cout, cin, variables, loops

Were currently doing a game
a number guessing same
we just finished adding multiplayer on it
so two people can play

so its alot of loops inside loops inside other loops
