Is there a simple guide for getting the Game Maker 6.1 Registered Debug Menu open in a running Executable using CE 5.3? I can do the rest myself.

I have no idea, but if it is normally a hidden window (so it has been created) you could try the "dissect windows" option, select the hidden window and click toggle visible

Yeah, that works, but it doesn't have full functionality.
