Microsoft's website, but they are not longer giving BETA keys. I only have one game installed on it, which is called Bounty Bay Online. I don't use it much for gaming because I use it at work!

Why are you guys still using the Beta, I thought it expired already...
Release Candidate 1 (RC1) is the latest major official legal release by Microsoft. It is version 7100. You can't download it from Microsoft anymore but if you get a copy of the .iso file, you can still get Product Key's for it from the download page (Download is removed). http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/download.aspx
After RC1 is the RTM 7600 version, but is not officially released by Microsoft, and was "leaked". You would have to get it cracked...

BETA did expire, but I am still using a build version rather than keep installing a new windows with each new build and each new RC. That's why I am keeping it untill they release it officially.

Prices are different in the US, Europe (lower), and Australia (higher), from what I've heard.
@ Hyperion:
Trust me, you really don't need to get Ultimate. Virtually everything that you don't get in Home Premium you can achieve through third-party [free-as-in-RMS-would-approve] programs. XP mode is really for old software (not games) that people should probably ditch anyway if they still use them. Plus, there are almost always workarounds for programs that don't work.

From what I've read, the starter edition does not have the 3 program limit like there is with Vista Starter.
OEMs may preinstall Win 7 Starter into netbooks, but Nvidia ION based one may get a beefier version (Win 7 Home Premium).

by the time windows 7 is released i should have already bought two 300GB HDD
the reason why i will buy windows 7 is because im also buying a new HDD

That's to get a foothold in the netbook market, I suppose.
All the fuss about not being able to change your background is a bit silly.
