How do I cheat?

I just want to save the hotkey settings with cheat type of "Decreased value with .." , so I tried to save Hotkey settings in Address List , but failed . The next time I launched the CE program , the hotkey settings in Address List were all clear .

Did I set something wrong , or CE 5.3 doesn't support that operation?

I have tried the Trainer maker also , but it can not perform "Decreased value with.." and "Increased value with..".

Could you give me some help?
