Just a heads up saying that i haven't seen someone sucessful with a website like you before, good job.
One thing is that the logo kind of looks a little plain,but still is good.

I think that a 3d nonmoving logo would be better. The movement doesn't look very sophisticated On Up2share.com.

round the corners a little, make the specular a bit more glossy , fix the animation by re centering the pivot point and you are done with it

if you give me the vectors xP I can do the avy, same concept, a bit more of quality because I would use Vray as render engine and mod a little the scene.
