That's nice, dear, but this thread is about helping him improve his drawing, not your art life. :3
@Clairenix, you should definitely make the hair's shading a lot more emphasized, since, at the moment, you wouldn't notice that it's shaded unless you look really hard.

I'm having trouble defining which parts to shade on the hair. Can anyone help?
*I fail to find any tutorial that helps you how to define it* ;_; all of them just say add shading then the next illustration already has complete shading without saying how they would know that they needed to add shades at an area.*

It's kinda a matter of perspective. Your best bet right now is to take a look at other drawings with similar lighting, and try to learn which parts to shade.
Keep in mind that you want to learn the concept, not just copy their shading.
